The construction company Badras Ioannis was first established in 1996.  Its main focus has always been the design and construction of new stone houses in the traditional cretan building style, as well as the restoration of old traditional houses. 

Elevating the natural materials  of stone and wood we design luxurious homes that meet the needs of modern living while being  in complete harmony with its surrounding area. 

Our aim has always been to build houses that feel like home the minute you step inside. That is why we customise each house according to our clients’ needs and specifications. Furthermore, we try to make the experience of building your home, stress free,  by carrying out all of the necessary and mandatory procedures, from designing to a ready to live in house.
